3.1 Although the Company strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service, it does not guarantee this and is not liable for access disruptions caused by third-party issues or client-side equipment problems.

4. Liability

4.1 The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays, costs, expenses, losses, or damages arising from the non-delivery of advertising services.

4.2 While the Company makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of advertisement content, it does not guarantee it and will correct any errors where possible.

5. Jurisdiction and Enforceability

5.1 This agreement and its provisions are governed by Estonian law, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

5.2 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
