Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Research & Development team. The role is 32 to 40 hours per week and focuses on pioneering advanced algorithms for optical measurement and control engineering, with a goal to optimize the sorting process for mail and parcels using our optical measurement and control technology.

Responsibilities

• Development of advanced deep learning models and analyses
• Optimization of code in Python and C++ for efficient execution on embedded hardware
• Implementation of computer vision algorithms using OpenCV and machine learning
• Understand industrial environments to provide solutions to various external influences
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement innovative solutions

Your Profile

• A completed degree (HBO/WO) in Computer Science, Computer Science or Engineering Physics or similar
• Hands-on experience with Python and C++
• Affinity with embedded hardware and Linux is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop accurate and efficient solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
