Whether you are a Backend or a Fullstack specialist with a deep .NET foundation, you will bridge the gap between technical strategy and business value to help us on our journey to becoming the global leader in tailored experiences.

What you will do:

• Technical Ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for the technical health of your domain, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Architecture & Engineering Excellence: You lead architectural and design decisions, with a strong focus on event‑driven patterns, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Hands‑on Leadership: You actively build and operate our systems, solve complex challenges, and proactively identify and reduce technical risks.
• Quality & Best Practices: You champion high engineering standards: clean code, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, and pragmatic DevOps practices.
• AI‑Enabled Delivery: You lead by example in adopting AI‑powered development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Antigravity) to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: You coach engineers, contribute to chapters, and work closely with Engineering Managers and Architects to keep teams aligned and moving fast.
• Operational Excellence: You ensure systems are observable and reliable, with strong monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response practices.
• Security: You apply cloud‑native security best practices, including OAuth, identity‑centric access control, and secure secrets management, to build systems that scale safely and remain maintainable.
• Devops: You apply pragmatic DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, cost‑conscious scaling, and high‑availability design.

Who you are:

• Experienced Tech Lead with 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in a comparable leadership role
• Strong in our stack: .NET, Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB), event‑driven architectures, and SaaS integrations
• Architecture‑minded, able to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
• Fullstack experience (React, Next.js, TypeScript) is a strong plus
• Clear communicator who explains technical decisions in a way that resonates with product and business stakeholders
