Nedap

Full-Stack Software Developer

Groenlo, Nederland

Full-time • Salary indication: € 4.000 – € 5.500

What are you going to do?

As a Full-Stack Software Developer at Nedap, you will work on the further development of Nedap Luna: a digital daily calendar that helps people with cognitive impairments or dementia maintain control over their day. You will operate in a unique product environment where software, hardware, and user research come together. You will contribute to both front‑end and back‑end support for a new generation of hardware, involving fundamental technical innovations such as a new communication protocol, a redesigned rendering engine for a different screen format, and voice integration for audio-based announcements. At the same time, you will ensure that our architecture can support multiple hardware generations in parallel, scalable, stable, and future‑proof. In addition, you will help further professionalize our platform for a rapidly growing user base. From backend services in Kotlin/Java (Spring) to front‑end development in Vue, you will build end‑to‑end functionality and make deliberate choices regarding performance, scalability, and user experience. In this role, you combine hands‑on development with contributing to technical direction and long‑term architecture, working on a product that truly makes a difference.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement new features based on real‑world insights from healthcare professionals and clients, across both front‑end and back‑end.

Your team

As a Full-Stack Software Developer you will join a multidisciplinary team within Nedap Healthcare, where software developers, hardware engineers, product owners, and sales work closely together. The team is entering an important next phase: in 2026, we will support two hardware generations simultaneously for the first time, including the New Generation Of Hardware. We strongly believe in a thoughtful development approach. By expanding the team, we create room for research, prototyping, and validation, for example through a “tick‑tock” cadence, where one developer focuses on stable delivery while another explores, prototypes, or validates future work. This directly improves decision‑making, quality, and long‑term maintainability.

What’s in it for you?

Our offer

The salary range for this role is between € 4.000 and € 5.500 gross per month based on full‑time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work‑life balance. We also highly value personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continuously develop yourself.
