As a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer CAM Engineer you will be responsible for creating NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines, as well as providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators. Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.
Bachelor’s in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
~Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
~ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.
