Overview

In this role you lead the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft, guiding people and setting objectives for quality, security, and new features. You’ll also perform cross-product project management, driving initiatives like integrating the Support Agent and connecting local products to the Invoice Gateway. The position sits within Exact Technology, offering a rich learning environment in both software development and product management. You will shape how we deliver secure, scalable software for SMEs while fostering an open, collaborative culture.

• Lead the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft, overseeing performance and growth
• Define objectives for quality, security, and new functionalities
• Manage projects spanning all local products (e.g., Support Agent, Invoice Gateway integration)
• Provide cross-functional project management and coordinate with stakeholders
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within a diverse tech environment
• Operate with a strong SSDLC focus and ensure secure software practices
